ATi is intended for educational use and may be used by children under the age of 13. We take additional precautions to protect children’s privacy and comply with applicable laws, including COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary for the educational functionality of the game.

ATi does not collect:

• Real names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Home or school addresses
• Precise location data
• Photos, videos, or audio recordings
• Contact lists or biometric data

b. Limited Data We May Collect

To ensure the app functions properly, we may collect aggregated and anonymized data:

• Gameplay progress and in-game choices (for learning assessment)
• Anonymous usage analytics (levels completed, time spent)
• Device info (type, OS version, app version)
• Crash and performance data

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data strictly for providing and improving the educational gameplay experience. We do not use data for advertising, behavioral targeting, or marketing to children. We never sell or rent user data to third parties.
